		<description>HSA Bank provides HSA administration that ties in with a new or existing e*Trade account. However, their website is cryptic, and hard to understand. I'm just going to have US Bank open an HSA for me (even though it does not seem like they have investment options -- at this time). Then maybe I'll transfer later on...

		<description>Dave and Katy: I think you miss the point. That being having the children in the household is what prompts the spouse returning to work, thereby incurring all the expenses. The vast majority of these are fixed, unavoidable and increase faster than wage growth over time.</description>
